Adobe FrameMaker Literature and Training Materials

There is a lot of very good literature about Adobe FrameMaker written by excellent experts and authors. FrameMaker is a VERY extensive piece of software and documenting ALL features is virtually impossible. 

The most recent books are written by Matt Sullivan. He writes books about both FrameMaker interfaces, Structured and Unstructured.
